Peter Sandberg is a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer. He has settled millions-of-dollars’ worth of claims for Minnesota families, and won hundreds of trials as well. Peter is a Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates; enjoys an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the highest professional and ethical rating for lawyers) and has a wide-ranging experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims.
Peter's life began with the Village of Zumbrota in 1945 where both brother, Dave, and he were born. He graduated from University of South Dakota in 1972; moved to Rochester and has lived here ever since. On February 15, 1975, his married wife Cynthia, and they have been blessed with seven children and twelve grandchildren. They worship at Autumn Ridge Church.
Peter won a First Amendment / Free Speech case at no cost to the client before the Minnesota Supreme Court, and has done so for other people who can’t afford to hire a lawyer.
