Elham Boustani Haddon
Elham Boustani Haddon joined the Sandberg Law Firm in 2017. Elham brings her legal analysis and advocacy skills, her knowledge of medicine, and her empathy for every client’s case.
Elham’s Bar and Court Admissions include U.S. Federal District Court-District of Minnesota, Minnesota Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Ohio and the Supreme Court of Texas.
She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association, The Minnesota Association for Justice and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
Elham was born in Beirut, Lebanon and emigrated to the United States with her family to escape the Lebanese Civil War. She landed in Cleveland, Ohio where she attended Ursuline College on a Full Merit Tuition Scholarship for four years and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Elham is a Registered Nurse. She spent years as a Certified Critical Care Nurse working in medical, surgical, and cardiothoracic intensive care units. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Journal on Dispute Resolution, Moot Court and received the CALI Award for First Amendment. After graduation, Elham joined a premier medical malpractice defense firm in Cleveland. There, she gained extensive knowledge and experience from a defense perspective that is very valuable to her injured clients
Elham moved to Houston, Texas with her family to allow her husband to pursue his dream of working with astronauts as a flight surgeon for NASA. In Houston, her practice focused mostly on real estate and consumer issues.
Elham is very pleased to call Rochester, Minnesota home. She is fluent in Arabic and has studied French and Spanish extensively. She lives with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
